About KK9UM – Kolej Kediaman Tun Syed Zahiruddin
KK9UM, officially known as Kolej Kediaman Tun Syed Zahiruddin, is the ninth residential college of Universiti Malaya (UM), located in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The college is home to hundreds of undergraduate students and is proud to carry the motto "Niners Gemilang Selamanya".
Named in honour of Tun Syed Zahiruddin, the college has cultivated a strong culture of academic excellence, community spirit, and student leadership. kk9um.com serves as the central digital hub for all things related to KK9 Universiti Malaya.
With an active presence on Instagram (@kk9um), Facebook (KKTSZ), X (@kk9um), YouTube (@kktsz), and TikTok, the Niners community remains engaged and connected both on and off campus. The college hosts more than 1,787 posts on Instagram alone, with a community of over 3,265 followers.
